Alma Top

Alma Top is a lightweight sleeveless top, featuring a delicate textured pattern and buttoned back opening. The simple silhouette makes it a versatile wardrobe staple that can be worn on its own during warmer days or layered under a cardigan.

The top is worked from the top down with textured pattern, beginning with the back yoke. The back is worked flat in two separate pieces with short rows. The pieces are then joined as one back panel before joining in the round. The front is then worked with short rows and joined to the back panel to knit in the round. The body is worked in the round with increases to create more comfortable fit until desired length. Finishing edges are added followed by crocheted button closure.

The pattern is suitable for beginners who know basic techniques, who like quick and rewarding projects.
