Digital Products

All products sold by Soft Things are digitally delivered knitting patterns. Due to the nature of digital products, there is no return or refund policy for digitally delivered knitting patterns.

When purchasing digital products or patterns, you agree at checkout that there is no 14-day cancellation right for digital products, as the digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase and you acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once the download begins.
